Help! User Meta is almost full

Since I've installed the simple press plugin my user_meta is over 95,000 and is using up 75% of my disk space. Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

95,000 what?  rows in db?  what is in there?  we add very little... need to do some db research on what the rows consist of...
