Support Forum
Hi guys, SP Noob here!
Am migrating a forum over from bbpress because it took a nose dive when using it with the latest version of wishlist member - so far i really like SP, kinda wishing i had gone this route in the first place! Would have saved a lot of headaches!
Well on to my question - in the SEO settings i have the following configuration:
ENABLED - Overwrite page/browser title with ours
DISABLED - Include blog name in page/browser title
DISABLED - Include page name in page/browser title
ENABLED - Include forum name in page/browser title
ENABLED - Include topic name in page/browser title
ENABLED - Exclude forum name in page/browser title on topic views only
DISABLED - Include non-forum page view names (ie profile, member list, etc) in page/browser title
With this setup all the inner forum pages show the title perfectly - however on the main home page of the forum it doesn't display anything at all... i just want the title to read "Community Forums" or just the actual page title name - how do i do that? I just don't want it showing any other page...
Also what WYSWYG editor is this using its very slick or is this a specific theme for SP?
Thanks in advance,
Jay
Page Title
I don't think we have that particular option covered but let me talk it over here and if not we can work out what it would take to add it in.
Editor
This is the standard TinyMCE editor that WordPress uses for your blog posts etc. You can download the Simple:Press TinyMCE plugin and install it. It looks a bit different at the moment because this site is using the next version of WordPress (3.9 beta 1) which in turn now uses TinyMCE version 4.
