How can I make a backup of a SimplePress forum?

My client wants to know how to make a backup of her new SimplePress forum.

I've checked the codex and the SimplePress interface, and I'm not seeing a simple way to make a backup.

Am I missing something?

Could one of you give me instructions on how to make a backup of an active forum?

any number of the wp db backup programs out there will also backup up the simple press tables... the data is included in more tables in the same wp db...  So backup the wp db and you get SP data too...
