edit your sp theme... and we highly recommend its your own sp theme and not ours... see:  http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/

and then edit the spFoot.php template file... sp themes are just like wp themes with template files and template functions/tags...

look for the template function:

              sp_MembershipStats('tagClass=spRight', __sp('Member Stats: '), __sp('Members: %COUNT%'), __sp('Guest Posters: %COUNT%'), __sp('Moderators: %COUNT%'), __sp('Admins: %COUNT%'));

You can remove that if you dont want to show the stats... if you only want some of them, you can hide via css... ie

p.spMemberStats {display:none;};
