How do I access the WP/wp-content/sp-resources...get 403 page

I thought this would be easy but I get a permission denied page when trying to access this page.

My website is twmrc.org/WP. Do I login with my admin, and if so, then what do I do?

Just go to WP/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/ and rename it back to what it is supposed to be – i.e., WP/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/plupload/
