How do I add social icons to the forum?

In Mr. Papa's answers to me I note he shows a few social icons below his Avatar. How are these added?

any you see here are stock and default... but only if a user has filled out the information in their sp profile... should show up automatically then...
ones supported are Faceook, Google Plus, Twitter, Myspace, and LinkedIn... also the user website url is an icon...
if you want additional Identities, the Add Identities plugin for SP will help you add more...
