How do I edit a post title

Is it possible to edit a post title? I cannot find how to do this. 
I can edit the post content without any problems but there is no way to edit the title. Is this done in the backend somewhere perhaps?

Absolutely. You use what we call the 'forum tools' for this which are actually on the 'front' end. This FAQ explains where to find them...
