Hi all,
Looks like I'm unable to enable member registrations. 'Components - Login And Registration' shows: 'Your site is currently not set to allow users to register. Click on the help icon for details of how to turn this on'.
However, when I do so, all it shows is: 'No login'.

Ooh. Missing help text. Thanks for finding that - i will get that fixed up on the next update.

Hi there, I'm also encountering the same issue as above, however, my Wordpress settings are already set to 'Anyone can register'.
The error message a new user receives when clicking the Simple:Press 'Register' button is 'User registration is currently not allowed.'
Any ideas???

A quick search reveals that this is actually a WordPress message issued when the user registrations are disabled suggesting something is wrong in the WordPress arena.
Now if registrations are not turned on SP does not show a registration button so if you are seeing the button that also suggests it is, indeed, enabled.
So - any other plugins that may be working on the registration process?
