How do I make it so that new subscribers get automatically subscribed to their own topics?

How do I make it so that new subscribers get automatically subscribed to their own topics or topics they have posted in and get emails when a new post (in their conversations only) appears? basically, I'm looking to send them automatic reply notifications regardless of whether or not they bother to go in and change their settings.

forum - options - member settings... you can set it up for new users to auto subscribe... note they can later choose to opt out of that...

Hi, I'm not seeing that option. I've looked around in other places and am not seeing it anywhere. I'm sure I'm missing it but attached is a screen shot of what I see on that page.

Did you install the Simple:Press 'Subscriptions' plugin yet?

I guess you will need the subscriptions plugin to make this work.

Yes, it was installed. It looks like the option was under components rather than member settings. All set now. Thanks.
