Due to my word press theme, OptimizePress not working with Simple:Press I need to move my forum off of Simple:Press as half of the forum features are broken.
How can I move all of my member logins, topics, posts, etc, to phpbb? Is there an export feature?

It is a great shame and I assume you are referring to the jQuery issue. I really thought that the OptimizePress theme team would correct their error and it is sad this has not happened. I know that the WordPress core development team are trying to stamp this out and have discussed removing themes and plugins that break the WP API and standards but it is not an easy thing to do.
I do not recall if you ever talked to the theme authors but I would still suggest it is worth a try. I know many do not bother to help but these people have a decent reputation as far as I am aware. And their older versions of the theme DID stick to the API and worked just fine a few years back as I recall.
Anyway - on the issue of exporting then no - we have no such tools. That should hardly be a surprise of course!
