how do I set it so that when people who are not registered try to click on a topic, they get redirected to a special signup page?

how do I set it so that when people who are not registered try to click on a topic, they get redirected to a special signup page?
I want to redirect them to the 'buy' page to sign up as a member, just like simple: press does.
Is there a place to do that with in simple press, or is that something that I need to set up in Wishlist Member?
its the sneak peek feature... so permissions... use the can view forum and topic lists only... then on forum - components - custom messages you can set the sneak peek message or redirect...
