How feasible is it to merge a different forum into existing forum

I'm wondering how likely would it be to merge another forum's posts and members into my existing simplepress forum?

As an example, is it possible to import a particular Vbulletin forum's posts and member information into my own existing and established SimplePress forum?

We do not have any current tools that would help import into an already existing SP environment I am afraid. We might be able to adjust the importer to do it but I wouldn't be able to try that quickly. There are commercial places that might be able to do it such as http://gconverter.com/
