While testing something non-SPF related on our dev install, I edited our "Forums" page to save it as a draft and created a new page for the forums which was assigned the slug /forums-2 while I did my testing. Now I cannot change the slug of the original page back to /forums even after deleting the new page.
I only have one page called "Forums" but when I edit the slug, it reverts back to /forums-2 every time.
Any suggestions for where to look in the db to change this are greatly appreciated. Or is there somewhere else I'm missing? I checked the SP Integration admin tab and only Forums-2 is available in the drop down menu for Page Details.

Did you delete a page with that slug? Could it be in the trash as that will stop it. WordPress will only disallow a slug name if it already exists...

Sounds like that was the problem. Actually the first time we encountered that little problem it took us ages before the lightbulb went on!
