How to configure so only logged in users can access forum

I have looked but cannot find where to configure to only allow logged in users to access the forum.  Can you tell me where this is done?

Use a 'Guests' user group matched with a permission set that allows no access and then assign them to the forum(s) you wish to be for registered members only.
