I assume you mean add a link somewhere to a specific forum so that the topics show. Would that be right?
We do have template tags for this (in the SP template tags plugin) but to be honest the simplest way is to display the forum you want and then just copy the URL from the browser address bar...

Or am I misunderstanding you?
