have you given users permission to use the pm system?

Figured it out, and got it working (yes, it was the permissions). However, the PM system is inaccessible to JAWS For Windows users -- I tried everything, from using different cursors (PC, JAWS and invisible cursors) to different Windows OS, Web browser and JAWS For Windows versions (Windows XP/7, IE 8/Firefox/Google Chrome, JFW 7/8/11/13). No problem -- I'll just ask our members to include their website and Twitter/Facebook identities in their profiles as well as point their signatures to their contact page or to their email addresses, so other members can quickly and easily contact them when needed. Thanks for all the help!
Found a JAWS For Windows update function (toggling application mode on/off keyboard command). Tested out the PM system here (sent you a PM). It's working here, so I again tested our site, and here are The results of my tests:
The autofill function of the recipient field isn't working on the PM system of our site (probably a JS issue). This means the To, CC and BCC fields aren't appearing. How can I correct this? Thanks!
Unfortunately, I don't. It'd be excellent if you had time to help me out? I re-activated the PM system, and the forum on our site's in http://www.grayscaleconsultant.....-community
We would need an account to access PMs though...
If you want to set one up then please PM credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.

I greatly appreciate this! Have sent you and Mr Papa PMs with test account credentials for Facebook and Twitter logins, along with the info you mentioned. Thanks a lot!
A really odd one,. It doesn't look like any of the PM specific JavaScript is actually being loaded at all. Most strange. As far as I can tell the page is not even attempting to load it and failing. Worth noting there are quite a few script errors reported but that shouldn't be a factor in script loading.
I need to discuss this with Steve who will be back tomorrow. Sorry but we will need to hold off on futher investigation until then...
