How to import posts to my migrated site?

I'm in the process of migrating my site to a new server (Again.. the first move was a disaster! This one I expect to go much better.)

The site has been migrated (as of 6:26am PT yesterday morning), but there have been some forum posts in the meantime. Is there a way to export those posts and import them into the migrated forum?

not directly...  but they should be at the end of the sftopics and sfposts tables... so you should be able to extract them and copy via phpmyadmin or other db tool...  if you move the data over, you will want to go to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and rebuild the forum indexes too since you are manually entering data...
