How to make edit signature area with editor

how come the main forum of simple press there is editor on it. i dont seem to be able to set it. can someone help me, i attach a photo below just in case no one understand what im trying to explain. please help.

This is screenshot of the forum profile/signatures panel. Enabling the editor here is a part of the 5.2.3 development and is currently being used on our site for testing. Where better to test new stuff! Do not have a timeframe yet for 5.2.3 but I doubt it will be that long...
