How to moderate posts?

Is there a way to moderate posts from the backend?

As admin, I can see number of pending post from front end admin bar. Is there another way to view those posts (backend or frontend)?

I know I can click view New posts from admin bar and approve the post one by one by click each of the post and use the forum tool.
Is there a batch process method or this is the only way?

No - at the moment there is no back-end admin based tool for post moderation. It is certainly something we could consider for the future however although not something I recall ever being asked for before.
