How to only export and import forum/topic/post but without user and group

Dear Sir,

   I try to move some forum/topic/post to another site.

So I only need the forum / topic/ post  data.

How can I do it or which table I need to backup and restore?

Well all of the SP tables begin with the prefix 'sf' so you can easily identify them. But you can't divorce topics and posts from the WP users and usermeta tables as these are required by SP. But these are the only two WP tables needed with the exception of a WP 'page' to display the forum on.

And database management tool - like phpMyAdmin - will export/import tables. I use phpMyAdmin all of the time for this and it is usually supplied by your hosting control panel.
