Have you had a look in your admin options?
See from WP admin page - Forum > Admins > Manage Admins, then find the admin you wish to remove, underneath the list of capabilities is a checkbox labeled 'Remove All Capabilitiers from this Admin'. This will remove admin capabilities.
Well currently looking at your forum you are the only admin, so if you had others that are still showing that have been removed, it could be a local cache discrepancy that should change.
Moderators are just members part of the moderator usergroup which has the right permissions checked to perform moderator type tasks. There is also a check box at the bottom of the usergroup 'Is Moderator' which enables that role. You can remove or add moderators from this group through 'Manage Usergroups' in your WP admin forum section.
