How to Remove Member Stats Count

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if there is a simple way to remove the member stats count? (see attached image)

I'd like the "Member: 25" line to not be there if possible.

edit your (not ours) sp theme... its in spFoot.php template file..

Thanks Mr. Papa much appreciated.

This site has around 45 members, however the member stats has been stuck at 25 for a few weeks now.

Before I remove it completely, is there a known way to fix this issue of member stats not updating?

That would be super ideal. Thank you for any insight!

The stats get updated - by default - once an hour.

This uses the WP cron scheduler system. Sadly, this is sometimes known to go astray!

Try this... deactivate the Simple:Press plugin (NOT uninstall) and then reactivate it. Go to the forum admin > Toolbox > Cron Inspector. All being well you should have an entry named 'sph_stats_cron' in the active Cron list... along with a time for the next run.

Awesome! Deactivating and then reactivating caused the member stats to update.

Hopefully it'll continue to update as scheduled.

Of course the question is why did your Cron schedule get scrapped. Something obviously did not play nicely at some point along the line and wiped the Cron schedules put there by plugins. But yes - hopefully it will stay stable now.
