I'm sorry to ask such a rudimentary question, but I can't find the setting that assigns a new member to the proper user group.

What I am trying to do is put new members into a user group with some permissions restricted...and have them automatically move into the usergroup with more permissions after a certain level of use.

I can see how to set the automatic trigger: Components - Forum Ranks

But I can't see where to set the default when a new person joins.
