All though 'Guest' access is set to 'Read Only' they can still 'save images' and copy text .How do I prevent this ?

Really outside of my area of expertise but... I do not think you can stop anyone selecting text and copying it to their own clipboard. You have probably done this yourself - i am sure we all have.
I believe that it can be possible to stop people copying images - note that 'believe' word there! - but it will, I think, involve some sort of server/site setting and I do not know what it is. A search should turn it up or talk to your hosting support.
Or perhaps someone might be passing here who knows the answer...

OK just out of interest , there are plugins to stop image copying but they all apply to Wordpress media.
What find strange is if I set a Guest access to 'no access' that works, but if set to 'read only' (text) it doesn't !!

of course not... ready only says they can still view it... if you can view it, you can copy it...
there are multiple js solutions (all of which can be bypassed with know how) that can provide decent protection of images... but thats beyond the scope of simple press (and as I said, can be bypassed with bit of work)...
