Our forum shows a count under Member Stats but this doesn't tally with that shown in my (separate) membership spreadsheet, nor with the WP eMember plugin count
My question is NOT about this discrepancy however, nor that if I make members inactive (an option we wish to explore) this count in Member Stats stays unaltered.
My question is : Can I supress the Member Stats display? perferably the title and the count, I say this because if I reduce the Top Posters stat figure to zero, the title still appears.

If all you want to do is remove them from the display then you need to make a small edit to the spFoot template in the /templates folder of your SP theme. Find the template tags for the stats… just comment it out or remove… it should be quite obvious which function it is, but come back if you cannot find it…

Conrad was a member a way before you were granted associate status. We do not send out reminders or have any automated renewal. Membership and membership renewal is, of course, entirely optional.

Still can't get Conrad sorted.
I show up on here as Gold and as Associate, poor Conrad keeps being reminded to become a member.
Hopefully ongoing contact with the Simple Press Team via email will solve this

I am at a loss... everything looks right... next step, if he still has issues, will be to change is password and log in as him and see what he is seeing...
