How To Upload Pictures to your own hosting?

I have a members forum, how can U get the widget above that allows me to let members upload their pictures into the posts on my hosting account, not hosted elsewhere...

Well first have you installed the SP Uploader plugin? If not you need to do that first.

If you have and your members are not seeing it then you probably need to set their permission to enable it's use so go to the admin permissions section and update as necessary. There are separate permissions for each file upload category - images, media, other files.
