I install simple press, but for some reason I am an idiot and the WORDPRESS THEME THAT CAME , Default is overiding the simple press forum
I know I am doing something wrong someone please help I am beyond frustrated

what do you mean over ride? you can't see the forum?
if so these are things I have had to do with different themes I tested simple-press with
Did you go through the simplepress admin,integration there are options for theme integration on the bottom, test the settings, and where you set the page and permalink setting for the forums, are you running yoast seo? try going to wp settings and re-save your permalink settings, do you have caching? by pass the forum page in your cache settings, then clear your cache,

Nah I cant even properly explain whats going on, I need someone who can help me with a live desktop and view my screen

Good Lord, no reason to yell and scream like that...
you want it wider? simple press is just a plugin for wp, so we are required to only use the wp page display you gave us... the wp theme you are uisng is only allowing us to display in that narrow width... can you switch to a different wp page template that is full width?
I can of course tell you how to modify your wp theme page template to give the forum 100% width, but better to see if there is a full width page template first...

also, you wp theme page template is putting that login info at the top.... do you want that there too?

We'd love to help, if we only knew what the problem is. Styling? Functionality? Theme? Plugins?
At first glance, it looks like the plugin is working fine on your site. The display is just a bit narrow, which is WP Theme related as Mt Papa suggested. The forums are locked, and it's a members-only site, so there's really no way to troubleshoot what might be going on.
