Support Forum
Hello!
I am setting up a new site. I can compose a post to a forum, but after I post it, I can not view it. I am including a link to the screenshot below. The page shows just the date it was posted, but no text.

Can you help me with this?
Thank you,
Mira Michelle
Hey Mira,
It's hard to tell what's going on from a screenshot, sometimes WordPress themes can be overbearing on CSS using !importants and other things that can interfere with forum elements, other times it could be a js conflict. Are you able to look at these possibilities using the browser tools? If not, have you got a link to your forum so we can take a look?
If you'd rather it remained private feel free to PM a link. Please PM me, Yellow Swordfish and Mr Papa with a link to this thread and a brief reminder of the problem for the others.
Thank you!

is the link to the forum. Also, how can I private message you? Where is the link where I can do this? I am new to your site. Thank you again for your help.

yeah, link has authentication, so we cannot access...
you can send private message (pm) by using the pm button on any post, but will only send to that user... once in the compose menu you can add more users...
or you can just click on the inbox button to the right of your avatar in the forum header area to go to your private messaging inbox...from there, you can compose a pm...

Curious. The forum post content - in the content box of each forum post, has been replaced with a whole lot of empty divs and HTML generated by something that prefixes classes 'fl' - as in 'fl-builder-content', 'fl-row-content', 'fl-col-content', 'fl-node-content'.....
I have no idea what this is but it is throwing out the forum post and replacing it with... nothing but empty html divs.
I am most curious to know what is doing this and why however... so hoping it means something to you.

Ok. Thank you for looking into this. I will do some further research to see which wordpress plugin maybe be interfering with the simple:press forum posts. If I am still having difficulty, I will follow back up with you. I also just saw you PM message. I apologize for not catching your earlier reply on the support forum.
Thank you again.
Please let us know what you find... we are here for further help...
