Icons connected, how to change just one

When I try change the Remove buddy icon in "Buddies and Adversaries" > "Manage Buddies", the Delete Message icon in the Inbox will also change. I only want to change the first mentioned icon and I can see that they are using the same image: sp_PmDelete.png..how should I change just this one?

afraid there is no way to current do this...  the buddies uses a plugin wide delete icon... changing the common icon will affect all locations its used...  this is to keep consistency across the plugin...

to do what you want, we would have to used individual icons for each instance of a delete icon...
