I used to be able to use image tags on either side of a content link from elsewhere on the web. Like this:

[Image Can Not Be Found]

This used to work in posts; it would show the image when published.

I just upgraded to the SP Reboot child theme and a new responsive WP theme and now the link is just a link when published; it looks just like you see if above.

How can we change this so the link generates a image again?

Scratch this. IMG tags still work. I just have to use the < > option to enable it.

yes, if you using tinymce, its a wysiwyg editor, not an html editor... so you have to invoke the html editor popup...
