Image uploader not working

click on upload attachments, select files, click on a pic but nothing happens, please help.

not much info to go on.... link to site???
you said click on pic, but there are more steps... after picking the image, did you it open in the popup browser?? that inserts into the uploader, then you still have to hit upload button there... and you still have to save the post...
