img tag setting for thumbnail

I'm using the image tag and have the set the height and width see example below

<img alt="Test-the-image.jpg" src="http://sandbox..../wp-content/sp-resources/forum-image-uploads/minda/2013/03/Test-the-image.jpg" width="445" height="339" />

However in the post it shows me the thumbnail of the image and I have to click to see a larger image. How can I set it to show me the actual image and not the thumbnail.

forum admin > options > content settings. Look for the image processing display options in there.
