I have a site with a forum that is powered by vbulletin v4.2.0
I want to install simple-press and use simple press instead of vbulletin.
How can I migrate the information I already have on the vbulletin forum into the new simple-press forum?

We don't have an article on that yet I am afraid but that doesn't seem to deter the many users which have converted to Simple:Press from various other platforms.
The importer is a standard WordPress plugin which when activated will add an extra menu item to the forum menu. It requires an empty Simple:Press install and once run it will simply ask for the database details of the source system. There is some built in help information displayed on the forms.
