Be sure in the SP SEO window that your description is 160 or less characters. the same goes with your individual forums. try to keep your title to 60 characters or less. and 160 for the description.

I tell my client's to expect a good index within 30-60 days. So just tweak everything and sit back and wait. Never repeatedly resubmit your sitemap to Google either. The bot knows where you are and will return.

Finally, Google loves action! Make a few identities and use a proxy to hide your IP and carry on a conversation.
