Sorry to keep bugging you.
First off I would say that you were absolutely right in choosing to integrate with "Achievements for wordpress" it's a great plugin however some issues.
1. The plugin is not supported any more, the last post made by the dev in its support forum was over a year ago.
2. the plugin has not been upgraded in over a year.
3. it only supports/ rewards in other words give achievements for "topics started" and "topic replies" in regard to SP, it does not allow awards "achievements" to be created for a certain number of furom post "thanks" or "likes" or for cred points.
This is a pity and there is no way to ask the author to add that for there is no support now.
I think that if SP is going to stay with this plugin you may need to give us some coding so we can modify it ourselves.
The other alternative of course is for SP to find an alternative "Achievement" plugin to integrate with.This of course is a bad alternative as all achievements gained by members would be lost.

What dismays me is how quickly some of these plugins disappear. We have now built support for 3 similar plugins (Achievements, CubePoints and MyCred) and judging from what you say only one of them is still being nurtured (MyCred - actually probably the best programatically).
I am very reluctant to waste valuable development time supporting a plugin that is no longer being developed and could, at any time, fail due to WP integration. But feel free to take the project further for your own use.

Yeah. And Mycred was abandonned during 3-4 months and only recently has the developer regained interest!
I'm still looking for a strong badge / achievements plugin and am very reluctant to use a tool that's not maintained such as WP Achievement.

Sad to hear that about MyCred. It is actually the best one to code to and elegantly written.

To be clear, Gabriel's mycred is back in business since a month ago and providing new updates. But for a long time he was completely unreachable and we all thought the project was abandonned...
Yes, I checked your karma and it's interesting, but I am looking for a global solution (not just the forum) and for badges for activities, not points (mycred does points well).

well, ours wont work across all wp actions of course... but if mycred is back in business, we can watch it... we have some integration already done...
