Invalid Database Query

Hello,

I updated a plugin File Uploader with Plupload to version 4.0.1

I am using Simple Press 5.5.0.

November 1, 2014 12:03 am | spaErrError | 2 | database

file: /problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/kingsrea/public_html/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/plupload/sp-plupload-plugin.php

line: 198

function: sp_plupload_do_forumview_query

error: Table ‘kingsrea_13112012al.wp_sfpostattachments’ doesn’t exist

SELECT topic_id FROM wp_sfpostattachments WHERE topic_id IN (5,253,152,245,98,133,204,203,179,34)

I am now getting the Invalid Database Query error when choosing a forum.

I think its because the File Uploader with Plupload to version 4.0.1 is only compatible with Simplepress 5.5.1

I see there is a Simplepress 5.5.2 available but that requires WP 4.0 and I am using 3.9.1

If there a older version of the Fileuploader plugin I can get from somewhere?

Thanks

you need at least simple press 5.5.1 (the current version is 5.5.2) to run that version of the file uploader plugin…

please upgrade your simple press install…

Hi

I dont really want to upgrade to WP version 4.0 as SP 5.5.2 requires it just yet in case of any conflicts.

I just wanted to backout the plugin upgrade

Thanks

you will only be able to go back to previous version if you have a db backup since the upgrade physically makes changes to the database…

fyi, WP version 5.1 beta is due out this weekend or next week…

found older copy of plugin and restored it for now

I dont like upgrading wordpress and simplepress without having checked everything

I need to be more careful when upgrading simplepress plugin

the invalid db query error has gone now

you may have issues with uploads… but could be okay too since the most of the data was moved in the 5.5.2 upgrade script…

you are welcome…  btw, due to changes in WP 4.1, we will have to update a version 5.5.3 at the same time…
