Hey Luca,Have you taken a look at the Tags plugin?
I considered it but I was looking for something more "unique" in terms of forum. In the music forum I would like 2-3 specific tags, but I don't want this tags to be displayed in other forums.

Nothing comes to mind I am afraid. We will talk it over though as it might be a good idea that we could, perhaps consider adding in the future.
Thank you for your answer. Just to be clear about what I meant.
You have forum A, B, and C.
In forum A you have 3 types of topics (yellow topics, red topics, blue topics and even untagged topic). If you click on 'yellow topic' above you only get to see all the yellow topics - like a filter - and so on. So it's easier to find all the yellow topics.
Then you go in forum B, where you have N types of topics (green topics, azure topics, white topics) and so on.
I think it could be useful thank you for taking it into consideration.

That is what I understood you to mean. How would you control the type? Would you leave that up to the user to select a 'type' for a new topic? Or would you want to do that for each topic as the forum admin?
A user could select a type for the new topic over a list of predetermined types, but of course there could be an admin and mod management of them all just to correct mistakes.
how about the topic status plugin? they dont have to be statuses per se... could be type, but would require you to predefine the 'types'... you can also see other topics with same status...

yeah I was more oriented on that one, but then you don't have a difference between forums, you just have all the types in every forum
no, you can define a unique topic status for each forum... ie different 'types' per forum...
