Is there any way to move content from Yahoo forums into Simple Press?

I have a 5 year old forum that I'd like to move content from into Simple Press forum.  Is there any way to do that easily or would it take forever?  Thanks in advance for responses.

depends where you are trying to copy the forum data from...  our simple press importer supports many popular forum formats... its available on our download page, so you might take a look and see if it does whatever forum you want to move from...
