Hey,

I hope you can help me with this problem.

I just installed Simple:Press 5 and somehow I got the forum displayed three times on my page. Two above the header and one were it supposed to be. You can check it out here: http://sidesnack.com/sideforum

What is happening here and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance!

take a look at forum - integration - page and permalink... and play with the display in loop and multiple display options.

Great! Checking 'Limit forum display to within WP loop' did the trick.

Thanks!

I'm having similar problem, but limiting forum display to within WP loop does not seem to help.

Unchecking the 'multiple loading' produces a version where the forum is displayed before all the other content, including the header + navigation, but not where the post should be. It doesn't matter whether I use the 'within loop only' option or not.

Everything was Ok until upgrading to version 5.

My guess is that something in the theme (or other plugins) triggers SP to think it should exist in the wrong place. Just if I knew what that could be. (Running Arras theme, if that is of any help).

Looks to me like something is making a call to the wp tag the _content() but it outside of the normal post loop. In fact it seems to be embedding it after the body tag.

Did you update anythng else when you made the SP change? Or add anything?

OK, found it by disabling all the plugins and turning them on one by one again. It was an old meta keywords -plugin I was using. Not a necessary bit, i suppose, so it will go.

Thanks for your time. It encouraged me to look into the things once again.
