I’m having a problem with the way my pages are displaying whenever a user attempts to edit any of their settings (profile, identity, signature, etc.)
The page that displays shows all the fields but there seems to be a major issue with the formatting.

You have at least two jQuery related conflicts and errors that are stopping the jQuery library from running causing subsequent failures when things try to use it – such as the profile form. Sadly – I can not tell you which script libraries the errors are in.
Assuming this used to work then really you may need to work out what has changed – i.e., new plugins for example.
