I am not totally sure what is getting loaded on his new post panel but I can see that it is different to the Enfold theme default and both jQuery and the UI - and the sortable library (along with some others) are not being loaded up with the print_scripts routine which the theme uses by default.
But no - I don't readily see any plugins from SP that should be adding these libs.

The action=blc_work call must be coming from the Broken Link Checker (blc) plugin. I've disabled it for the time being.
I'm still stumped. There was a somewhat similar ticket on the Enfold support forum:

The fix for that particular case was to Re-Install Wordpress. I tried to do that, and saw no change.

yeah read that at the start... as confused as you at the moment...
and we have not forgotten about this ticket... but wp 3.6 was released this evening and we will be releasing 5.3 in the AM... might be worth an upgrade to both tomorrow and see if the problem persists...

Thanks for not forgetting about this one. 
I'm waiting on an update from the Enfold theme author that's compatible with 3.6 (no ETA on that yet, but should be soon), and then I'll update WP, the theme, and SP.
We'll see what happens! I'll let you know what I find.

No known bug in SP yet... though I know you have an issue with something on your site...
I wish I knew which script was trying to sort items before they were ready...

tonight is tight (and late) and Andy is gone for night, but I will try to stop by and do some more testing... or we will look into further tomorrow for sure...
any chance we could get ftp access to your site? it would allow us to try some debug code and see if we can ascertain what is going on...

Hi,
Another Enfold user who reported the same problem sent us the ftp credentials and Kriesi is debugging the code right now. The sortable script is used by the avia builder and if we remove the div

from the dom the error does not pop up. However it's still weird coz only a handful of users reported this bug (and we sold over 7000 copies of Enfold) and we can't reproduce the error on our test servers too.

We don't get it either. As far as I can tell all we are loading of our own code/resources is for the WP admin menu icon (CSS) and potentially an avatar for the admin bar login... I don't see anything untoward at all - but i DO get the error...
