no, thats the structure of the table... need to browse the table and see how many rows of data...
those warnings seem to indicate what I was talking about... no usergroups and permssions are assigned to the forums...
but think you clicked on the wrong button... on forum - forums - manage groups and forums, the 3rd screenshot from post #8... next to each forum are three buttons... one of them is 'view forum permissions' (the other two are edit and delete)... it will just open a short section below...

please upgrade to version 5.2.5... then go to forum - permissions - reset permissions and do a permission reset... or you could uninstall and reinstall...
