Great work guys.
A tip. Loose the Gravatar Cache plugin. If you deactivate it the gravatars will work. Try it...
Simple press and Wordpress rules!!

I don't use it and it works. If I use it all I can see is the standard avatars.

ticket is open and we now have one test site where we can replicate it... its just not a global issue.. but we will get to the bottom of it...
