Hi guys!
I know that both of these features are not currently available within Simple Press.
I was wondering if you knew of a developer or programmer who my company could hire to give our forum these capabilities?

Keyword Alert Feature? Would need more info on that although I could take a stab at what you mean by it. The second one can be met by our Subscriptions plugin although - in line with many countries statutory requirements - it is an opt-in/opt out system. Bit can be set up to default to 'subscribed'.
i would suggest in the first instance you could talk to us. We do offer a custom plugin service as the link on the sidebar testifies and we would be happy to hear what you are after in more detail. In this thread or using the Contact email link...
