In the Last Post area as you can see, some forums show a name after Last Post, some don't, ever seen this before or have any ideas? I tried changing my themes to make sure it wasn't a theme issue but that seemed to make no difference in this case.
Ever seen this one before or have any ideas?

I have only ever seen it on your site during the discussion on signatures. In fact I believe I mentioned it then. I think at the time I was asking if you had multiple accounts on the forum. Not sure how far we went after that... But this is definitely connected,

Well, I did create the OBMC-ADMIN account in addition to mine when I was initially troubleshooting the signature issue. I could certainly that account. Sorry I must have missed your earlier mentioning of that. Happy to delete it if you think that would help?
EDIT - went ahead and deleted it.

might be worth going to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and updating the forum indexes where you see this... not sure where @yellow-swordfish was going, but if things got out of sequence, might help...

does the user who made the post still exist? can you go to the post (click on the link)... is the user listed there? and if you click on the username, do you get a valid profile for that user?

All these things are directly linked in some way to your account. I just have no idea at the moment what could cause them!
I was going to say that I think we could do with looking at your database - but am I correct in remembering that you sent us one a while back? If so I have not seen it.
