I received the database, have take a look at it and also sent you a question.
However, I can't help noticing that you seem to have been making liberal use of the 'hide_poster' plugin. if the topics/posts you have used this on match the ones that do not show the data you are expecting then I suspect this is the reason.

Ah, very good point! Didnt know it was in use and had not thought of it!
That is exactly what the hide poster plugin is for... so if you used that on the post, it wont show the user in any location where that post may be displayed...

I had no idea I even hid a poster to be honest, maybe a wild fat finger somewhere but thank you both nonetheless. That did it.
