Hey,
since the last Update (I performed it today) SOME of the uploaded user Avatars are gone?!
Some af them are still there but some of them are gone. When i deactivated SP I recognized, that the WP Avátars not seem to work anymore with SP?! Why did you cancel the option in ForumAdmin?

There is absolutely nothing in the recent update that can possibly remove uploaded avatars. Plus we have not stopped support for the WP Avatars.
Can you explain in more detail please? And add a screenshot of your avatar options page in the forum admin > Profile section...

The following:
When I switch "Replace WP Avatar with SP Avatars" ON I get the WP Avatar option for the queue, but then my activity page stays white. So I had to deactivate this again. But it worked til this morning (before update).

OK. So just to recap.
- Your original post said that some uploaded avatars were 'gone'. Is this still the case? If you have users with uploaded avatars (your first avatar source priority) and these are not displaying then it sounds more like, perhaps, a permission issue or problem on your server with that storage area. We certainly did not remove any that's for sure.
But if a storage problem then it would be more likely to affect all uploaded avatars. So if it is just a few users then it might be a good idea to have a word with your hosting support to check the folders to ensure all is well. At least that is all I can think of to investigate first. - Then you said: 'When I switch “Replace WP Avatar with SP Avatars” ON I get the WP Avatar option for the queue' - but this is not the case. The WP Avatars priority only appears when this option is turned OFF. As, in fact, can be seen by your screenshot. Option turned on - no priority to drag. So I am unsure what you are meaning here...
- But I do get this bit: If 'Replace WP Avatar with SP Avatars; is turned on then the BuddyPress activity page shows up as empty.
The empty page sounds like an error of some sort is occurring. Could you check two things please. Firstly have the web console open when you open the activity page and look for scripting errors - for help with this then it is explained here in this FAQ.
Also - go to the forum error log (in the Toolbox) and clear it out with the button at the bottom. Again run the activity page. Then reload the error log to see if any errors are reported. Note please - errors. That is the pink ones. Just those.

1.) I first look at the things that appear most likely. I updated only SP - before that the avatars from WP worked, after the update they are not integrated- they are not gone, as I know now because i deactivated SP.
2.) I tried to get the avatars back and looked at the admin page. I found the "Replace WP with SP" Option, turned it on- the "WP Avatar" appeared in the queue. I looked on my page, went to the activity page and it stood blank. Pressed CTRL+F5 severaltimes, cleared caches but it kept white. So I deactivated Replace WP with SP avatar" went here and opened a post in your support forum.
