The most recent questions or answers on my forum used to appear automatically in the "Recent Posts" column generated by WP. Now they don't. Is there any way I can get them to do so again?

you will have to elaborate more... we have no facility to make our sp posts appear in a wp recent posts column... never did... but we do have a widget and template tag for displaying our recents posts... were you possibly using that?

OK, I don't know what I was doing or why it worked ... but it did. I've downloaded the Plugin and we'll see what happens. I'll keep you posted

OK, now I have the "unread and recently updated" panel at the bottom of the Forum page - which is pretty much all I want ... except I'd love to have it on the right-hand sidebar where my "Recent Posts" now sit. By the way, my Recent Posts have reverted to exactly that - actual posts by me rather than SP submissions by my readers.

So what does this mean> Have you have downloaded and activated the template tags plugin? Are you using either the tag or the widget?

I have just downloaded fired up the template tags plugin. Thanks for that. I've moved he widget into the right place and it's all hunkydory ... except for one thing. Is there any way to prevent unmoderated posts showing up as recent posts?

They should only show up for users who have the permission to moderate them. if you can't do that then they wont be in the list.
