Hi,

I would like the same layout you guys use on this website.

That is the forum on the richt side and widgets on the left side. 

It seems like there is no  theme for this.

I'm sorry but you must be the only person who sees the forum on the right of the page! :)
Are you talking about WP page layout? Is so then there are thousands of themes with all sorts of layout combinations...
