Hello actually when I add a picture on the forum it's do a lightbox but I want to choose when give the real size or when I want to use the lightbox. how can I do this ?

Well you can not change it at an individual image level but you may want to think about the max size of thumbnail which you could set larger than the default. That way any image up to the thumbnail size will display as is.
